WHAT IS A MENTOR?
In the simplest terms, a mentor is traditionally anyone with more experience and knowledge than you in a given industry or skill you want to master.
This mentor becomes a sounding board, confidant, advisor and cheer squad. In a mentor you are looking for someone who will challenge you when necessary and be supportive when you need it most.
Mentoring has been used in business for many years.
Yet in reviewing the data analysed from thousands of mentors and mentees, it’s been found that the goals and aspirations for the participants differed between genders.
For men it was found that the mentee and mentors first priority was career progression,
yet for women support and encouragement was ranked number one.
Mentoring as a way to help you progress your life,
not just your career!
This led me to think about mentoring not solely as a way to progress your career, but as a way to gain much needed confidence through support & encouragement, which would help you progress your life.
This is so much bigger than thinking about a promotion, as it’s working in the space that helps us to have the confidence to back ourselves and to be bold, which directly enables us to get the most out of our lives in all areas.
Introducing the
Woman Up Mentor Network!
A non-industry specific mentor network for every woman.
Where you can focus on the life goals that are important to you.
You provide information on yourself, your skills, attributes & what you hope to achieve by being a part of this mentor network.
You will be matched with a person who 'speaks your language'!
You will be provided with a handbook including tips on how to build a successful relationship with your mentor/mentee, and goal setting templates to get your started.
You are encouraged to meet up with your mentor/mentee once per month, for a minimum of 6 months.
You will be given support from the Woman Up network every step of the way.

A match with a Mentor/Mentee
Your match will be done based on the information you have provided, with care taken to match you to someone who will 'speak your language' and be a wonderful support person in your journey.
Access to a members-only Facebook group & in person catch ups
Online space for members-only, allowing all participants of the mentor network to share and ask questions of each other. You will also receive an invitation to the exclusive launch party, providing an opportunity to meet with other members of our mentor network. Plus multiple additional optional catch ups will be scheduled during the program, both during & after business hours so you can connect with other ladies on the same mentorship journey as you.

We want to ensure this mentor network is accessible to ALL of the women who are wanting to be a part of it. It is in this spirit of community and inclusivity that we have created 3 payment tiers, and you can simply select what you can afford.
Each tier will receive the full value and inclusions, and your payment tier will remain confidential to all other members. If you can afford the Tier 1 rate of $49/mth, you do not have to do anything. However if you are more comfortable with a lower monthly rate, simply enter the TIER code in the Coupon section, and your payment will be processed at the lower rate. No strings attached!
